Membership
As a member of STPRA you will be a part of a team that is working to preserve the rights of South Texas property owners and managers. Property ownership is not a requirement. Though our main area of interest is south of an imaginary line that extends from Houston to Austin to Del Rio, membership is open to anyone who cares about the issues that face our region.
What STPRA Provides to our Membership
- Education for our members and the public on property owner issues and concerns through forums, seminars, and events with influential speakers
- A vehicle to unite South Texas property owners and join forces with similar state-wide organizations such as TSCRA, Texas Wildlife Association, and the Farm Bureau
- Frequent news & updates through electronic and printed media on important issues for property owners
- A Legislative Action Center which allows you to write your state elected officials and track bills
- Advocacy at the state and federal levels for landowner interests in:
