The South Texans’ Property Rights Association (STPRA) is a newly formed organization that brings the power of information and rational discourse to many of the issues that face our region. We are an educational resource for our members and the general public and serve as a catalyst for finding solutions to some of the important challenges that exist for South Texas property owners and managers.

We disseminate information through a variety of means. Besides using electronic and printed media, we sponsor forums, seminars, conferences and other types of meetings to facilitate the exchange of facts and ideas and appear before Congressional, legislative, and administrative bodies.
